Maggie Turns One!

Maggie just turned *ONE* She was such a good baby, playing and smiling happily outside for the camera even though it was 99 degrees and humid! The humidity actually provided a nice filter for the sunlight and I think we got some great shots.

Maggie's parents met at Virginia Tech and their basement is a shrine of sorts to the school. The walls are even painted maroon! Maggie has her own dress with the VT colors :)

One Years Old {birthday party}

Little Quinten had his first birthday party last week, and I was there to capture his birthday bash! And as with any one-year-old party, the biggest hit was the abundance of helium balloons.  

After much playing, it was time for cake! And let me tell you, not much ended up in his mouth:

Quinten had some of his 1-year-old friends to play with. This little one loved the camera!
